'The Vampire Diaries' Season 7 Episode 3 Spoilers: Damon, Bonnie and Alaric Take a Road Trip in 'Age of Innocence' [Videos]
Damon will force Bonnie and Alaric to travel with him on a road trip to Myrtle Beach in order to stop Lily in Thursday night's all-new episode of "The Vampire Diaries"
The synopsis for the next episode, which is titled "Age of Innocence," reveals that the three friends will join together in order to try to dig up dirt on Lily. Caroline will also gain insight about shocking information about Valerie's past.
"In the aftermath of a clever plan orchestrated by Lily (Annie Wersching), Damon (Ian Somerhalder) sets off on a road trip with Bonnie (Kat Graham) and Alaric (Matt Davis) in search of leverage they can use against his mother. Meanwhile, Caroline (Candice King), who is being held hostage by the Heretics, learns some shocking information about Valerie's past, while Stefan (Paul Wesley) learns a few unexpected details about his own past from Lily. Finally, Alaric turns to Bonnie for her help after coming clean about a secret he's been keeping," states the synopsis, according to CarterMatt.
In a sneak peek video, Bonnie walks in while Damon and Alaric seem to be sharing a "bro" moment.
"Please tell me I'm not interrupting something," she says as she walks in and sees Damon covered in only a towel. Bonnie then proceeds to ask Alaric whether or not he actually destroyed the Phoenix Stone since she had a horrific vision about it.
After Alaric reassures her that the stone is gone, Damon proposes that the gang take a trip to Myrtle Beach to figure out why Lily was making phone calls that bounced off a cell tower in the South Carolina city.
Another teaser clip shows Stefan telling his mother to stop the Heretics from torturing Caroline. In response, Lily tells him that he needs to stop Damon from killing the Heretics. During their exchange, Stefan also brings up Valerie.
"The Vampire Diaries" Season 7 Episode 3 premieres on Thursday, Oct. 22, at 8 p.m. on The CW.
