Victor Garber recently revealed new details about the upcoming "Legends of Tomorrow" spin-off show.

During an interview with Variety, the actor noted that "Arrow" and "The Flash" will connect with the upcoming spin off that The CW is developing.

The actor said, "I honestly have not left this lot where I am, but I know that the other characters have, and even though I don't really know what happens, I know it's all part of the same world and the lead-up to the premiere of 'Legends.' By the time it hits, I think people will be really excited and ready for it."

He added that in the series, Rip Hunter, played by Arthur Darvill, will be the team leader, but many of the heroes involved will each get a chance to lead. He noted that the main reason series like "The Flash" have worked so successfully is because they treat their characters like a normal family.

Garber, who is playing Dr. Martin Stein in the series, also gave hints about his character, especially after losing Ronnie (Robbie Amell).

"Martin does not always reveal his feelings, and interestingly enough, the scene I'm about to do on 'Legends' really deals with it much more, so I won't give it away, but it's a deeper wound than one would have thought," he said.

Garber is currently appearing in "The Flash" as a guest star, before he moves to "Legends of Tomorrow." The actor is well known as a character actor for his roles in "Titanic," "Argo," "Milk," "Sleepless in Seattle," "The Town" and "Legally Blonde."

He has also been in many TV shows, including "Will and Grace," "Nurse Jackie," "Charlie's Angels" and "The Slap."

"The Flash" is currently airing on The CW and is based on the hit DC Comics' hero. A new movie adaptation is scheduled to be released in a few years with Ezra Miller in the title role
