The singer graced fans with some loving by spitting water onto them at a concert, reports Radar Online. Citing a video, the outlet notes that the fans were actually rather thrilled about the surprise shower.

The Wrecking Ball singer is seen walking from one end of the stage to the other in the video. In a skimpy nude and red glittery outfit, the former Disney star asked concert-goers, "You guys having a bad ass time?"

Walking to the other side, Miley asked, "What about you guys?" before taking a sip out of the bottled water she was holding and spitting it to fans - three times. Surprisingly, fans of the Wrecking Ball singer cheered her on, seemingly taking delight at being spat at by their idol.

According to user carlee lidemark, the owner of the video posted on Youtube, Miley actually had no plans of spitting on fans at the Tampa concert.

"K TO SET THIS STRAIGHT its my video i was there i saw everything she actually wasn't going to she pretended that she was going to than the fans were going insane and were telling her to so than she did cmon if u were a huge fan of anyone and they did that u would be freaking out to i honestly wish she did that to my side i was really jealous.." she commented on the short clip.

The 36-second video clip has been viewed over 70,000 times and disliked twice as much as it has been liked as of date. The comments section is a mixture of dismay, alarm and some which regarded the act as completely normal in a concert.

"Can't believe people actually pay tickets to see this mess," one comment by xdarkherox93 read.

Phil Bryant commented, "Everyone who got spat on should immediately see there doctor and get tested for an std. I'm serious go now!"

"What is the big deal? Rock bands have been doing this for ages. E.g.: a Black Sabbath show without Ozzy spitting water in the audience is an incomplete show :-) Jeez.... Let Cyrus do what she wants. If the fans don't like it they won't buy tickets anymore," Rob ten Kroode remarked.
