The end of the month is fast approaching, and as usual, Netflix will be clearing out some of its catalogue. Luckily, Thanksgiving will offer the perfect opportunity to be lazy in front of the television.

Here are some of the movies you should binge on before you pass out from a food coma.

Headlining the list is the classic 1991 suspense film "Silence of the Lambs." If you haven't yet seen Anthony Hopkins' iconic portrayal of Hannibal Lecter, then you definitely want to check it out, though it's not exactly the type of movie you want to watch with a full stomach.

If scary movies are your type of thing, then you'll want to catch "The Omen" trilogy before it goes. There's also Christopher Nolan's thriller "Insomnia," which features the late, great Robin Williams, but is definitely not for laughs.

In the comedy category, you can still watch "Beverly Hills Cop III" featuring Eddie Murphy, "The Burbs" featuring Tom Hanks, and "The Pink Panther 2" featuring Steve Martin.

There's also the 80s fantasy "Labyrinth," produced by George Lucas. The cult classic, which features the singer David Bowie, is as funny as it is strange, and it is the type of movie you can put on for both kids and adults. It also makes for a fun drinking game, but don't keep the kids around for that.

Fans of older movies should catch the tearjerking sports drama "Brian's Song," as well as older classics like "All About Eve," "The Great Escape" and "The Hustler."

If you happen to miss any of these movies, don't fret. Netflix has also announced its list of upcoming films for December, and there's a lot to look forward to, including Bill Murray's original special "A Very Murray Christmas."
