With the Toronto, Venice, New York and Telluride Film Festivals having already concluded, the Oscar race continues to be a question mark as there is no clear front runner. One of the races that will be among the most debated is the Best Actor race as it is always competitive in its scope.

"Victoria" is triumph on many levels and is definitely a movie that most will be talking about for years. Schipper, Costa and the rest of the team have created a movie for the ages that shows just how exhilirating a movie shot in one take can truly be.
Immigration is one of the most sought after topics currently being debated in the political landscapes and is also being seen throughout the world. It is also the subject of the latest film by John Crowley, "Brooklyn" which is premiering at the New York Film Festival and scoring rave reviews.

Once upon a time, in a galaxy far, far away fans complained that George Lucas had damaged their beloved original trilogy by bringing a series of changes on the films and then adding in the prequels to alter their perceptions of their original characters.
Overall this is a solid movie that was conceived to entertain and leave audiences with smiles and a positive vive. For those looking for something deeper, "Gravity" and "Interstellar" will likely be better suited. However, it is great to have Ridley Scott back at the top of his directorial powers.
