Far Cry is known for taking players on wild rides, but now they're really going there. Video game developer Ubisoft recently released cover art to the highly-anticipated fifth installment of the popular "Far Cry" series and it's provocative, to say the least.
Far Cry and Assassin's Creed III game director Alex Hutchinson has officially announced that he has left Ubisoft to venture towards a new studio that he, along with other associates, have just established. Apart from Ubisoft, Hutchinson has also worked with EA and Warner Bros.
It has just been announced that the hit FPS game, Far Cry 3 is going to be included in the list of Xbox One Backward Compatible games. Far Cry 3 is going to be one of the latest games that are now backward compatible and Xbox One owners who already own the game can play it right away.
Ubisoft has previously stated that it would take its time in creating quality games. So when GameStop revealed a release date for “Far Cry 5”, many were skeptical.
UbiSoft is making a theme park in Malaysia featuring "Assassin's Creed," "Just Dance" and "Rabbids," among others. The theme park is set to open in 2020.
