Supernatural Season 12 Update: British Men of Letters to feature heavily in second half
Supernatural, show where every folk lore and beliefs can be turned into a series, has reached its 12th season and still continues to entertain fans. Now, after reaching the mid season finale entitled "Lotus," sources indicate what can we expect from Dean and Sam's adventure after being tied up by secret service agents. Further, it is speculated that the British Men of Letters are to play a big role in the second half.
According to Entertainment Weekly, in answering the question of "Will we see more of Mr. Ketch when Supernatural returns?," they wrote that they won't only see him but more of his colleagues. In their report, Robert Singer, creator of the series, indicated that the British Men of Letters will be featured heavily for the Supernatural season 12b. He added that the purpose of teasing fans with the british Men of Letters in the first half of the season is to know the purpose and powers of these individuals.
Christian Times elaborated the situation of the brothers in "Lotus" wherein Lucifer took his plan and possessed the President of the United States, POTUS for brevity. In their efforts to secure the POTUS, Dean and Sam were arrested by the Secret Service thinking that they were there to assassinate. But things got a little complicated when it was revealed that Lucifer implanted a seed into one of the staff. Nonetheless, in the end, the British Men of Letters came and helped the POTUS from the possession.
The following episode is entitled "First Blood" and it will detail the consequences of the Winchester brothers in their actions towards the finale of mid season. Lastly, Castiel and Mary are also seen caught by the same Secret Service agents who arrested the brothers.
