Good news for tank hero lovers! Blizzard has announced that Orisa will be playable in "Overwatch" starting March 21 next week. She will be available on all platforms including PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

For those who don't know, Orisa is the 24th hero to join the "Overwatch" roster. She has been described as similar to Reinhardt for being an "anchor tank." In terms of appearances, the new hero is a robot with four legs. Engadget reports that she also has some Zarya similarities due to her big laser gun and her ability to create protective barriers.

According to her official "Overwatch" profile, Orisa is handy with her gun. Its abilities include Fusion Driver which can shoot long-range and can cause opponents to slow down while she's shooting at them.

Orisa's next gun ability is Halt and it involves shooting balls similar to Zarya's ultimate. It can group enemy heroes for her allies to gank on. Additionally, she also has an ability called Fortify which can make her immune to falling off the game platform in "Overwatch."

Her ultimate is called Supercharger which involves her placing a Drum stealthily to maximize the damage it can create. Orisa's ultimate can give her allies additional damage within the area of the Drum. However, other "Overwatch" enemy players can target the drum to negate the effects.

Her other ability, Protective Barrier is precisely why she was created. Polygon reports that Orisa was created by a young robotic genius named Efi Oladele. The young girl created the quadrupedal hero with the intention of making it the guardian of Numbani.

Orisa is the third hero in "Overwatch" who was introduced after the game was launched in May last year. Are you excited to play the protective tank hero next week? Tell us what you think in the comment section below.
