Taylor Swift Isn't Hiding: She's Making New Album & Could Be Country Music
Taylor Swift hasn't been out in events or in public for a few months and for good reason. The pop star is apparently busy creating a new album and reports say that she might be going back to making country music again.
ET reports that Taylor Swift is hard at work on her upcoming sixth studio album. The "Shake It Off" hitmaker was apparently spotted in Nashville last week with reports indicating that she is working at something. She is reportedly figuring out what kind of genre she should delve to this time and an unnamed informant says that the singer could return to country music.
The last tweet on Taylor Swift's Instagram account was to show her support for Lorde's single, "Green Light" a couple of weeks ago. The "Blank Space" singer had been regularly posting since before the last photo she had put up on her account.
The world was at a loss over the songstress' inactivity over her social media and not being in public. According to the outlet, Taylor Swift's famous girl squad knew of their bestie's decision to returning to making music.
Gigi Hadid, one of Taylor Swift's many best girlfriends said last year that the singer was busy making music. The songstress attended the Tommy Hilfiger fashion show during the New York Fashion Week last year to support her supermodel friend.
Taylor Swift's last performance was two months ago during the pre-Super Bowl celebration. The singer was apparently adamant that she won't be touring this year but did not specify a reason at that time, New York Daily News reports. She told the attendees of her show that they have attended all of her concerts that year.
Taylor Swift's upcoming album will reportedly be released before the end of the year. However, there is no confirmation or announcement yet. Are you excited for new tracks from Taylor Swift in the future? Tell us what you think in the comments below.
