It is not rare in the Hollywood world to have feuds and enemies in the industry. After all, a little competition won't do any harm. But what happens when it gets out of hand?

Whether it's because of conflicts in ideas, or they have a personal grudge towards other stars, or it is just they do not like each other, rivalry is everywhere and it is not an exception when it comes to the music industry. 

They've Got Bad Blood

This Taylor-Kanye issue is the best example of how manipulative and controversial a celebrity feud is. Remember the time when Taylor got to the stage to give her speech during the music awards? That was when Kanye took her spotlight, and without having second thoughts, he humiliated her in front of not just other artists, but also to the people all around the world. 

The unwanted scene was made worse when Kanye West took Taylor Swift's microphone while she was giving her speech and told her that the person who is most deserving of having the award is no other than the Queen B herself, Beyonce.

That very moment put Taylor in a very shameful and awkward position. But being the strong girl that she is, she was able to recover quickly and back herself up. And this very moment made the awards night into one of the most controversial music awards in history.

And although this happened years ago, the issue keeps creeping into their lives until now.

The singer and songwriter insisted that he did not tell her that his song entitled "Famous" was about her and the lyrics "that b----" is actually referring to her. Just recently, the footage showing how their phone call and conversation went was leaked. According to her, she did not expect that West would see her that way. 

But the rapper's wife, Kim Kardashian, shared a short and edited video on social media where Kanye asked Taylor about the song, and she agreed to it. So at that time, it seemed like the idol was lying or has forgotten that she agreed to it. Their telephone conversation went on for about twenty-five minutes and was leaked last Friday night.

It's been years, yet some people decided to revive the issue. So Taylor Swift grabbed this opportunity to use this video to raise funds to help fight COVID-19. On her Instagram account, she shared a story of this video saying that what she claims is true. 

 

Instead of dwelling on the past, she instructed her fans to swipe up her story to see what really mattered. Here, fans will see that she had connected her account to the website of a donation page, Feeding America.

This only goes to show that if we--not just celebrities--direct our minds towards positivity, we can actually make a difference.
