Ed Sheeran Shows Snapchat Filter For 'Bad Habits' Song and Fifth Album Details

Ed Sheeran used a Snapchat filter, telling his fans to "give it a go, you know you want to."

As part of his ongoing promotion for his new single, "Bad Habits," the singer and songwriter has been busy telling his fans to go and try out his new Snapchat filter that comes out together with the new hit single.

He takes to Twitter telling his legion of fans to try out his filter and give them their best takes. "Got my own Snapchat filter now for 'Bad Habits.' Go on and give it a go, you know you want to."

Sheeran goes all out in the new music video wearing a pink suit with glittery eyes make-up together with his now sharpened fangs. The song is all about regrets, and the bad decisions that come alongside it made whilst in the dark of night.

After Sheeran posted his tweet, tons of Sheerios went to the social media platform and gave their best impressions to try and outdo each other.

Sheeran Happy to Be Back

Sheeran is also in a week-long residency on The Late Show on top of all of this to promote the single "Bad Habits" and has never been happier to be back.

He said that he feels great coming out with his new single and wanted the video of Bad Habits to play on a "nature of habits in a fantastical way," hence the vampire theme. He added, "it was mega fun getting into character except for the heights (that wasn't so fun). Enjoy x."

Recently he had another collab with BTS for their new record in an interview with Most Requested Live, and that he said in regards to BTS that "They're super cool guys as well," He even went out on a limb and said that his favorite BTS song is "Permission to Dance." He previously worked on "Make it Right," which was then showcased on BTS' 2019 EP, Map of Soul: Persona.

It has been nearly two years since the singer has released a full album, the last being the Collaborations No. 6 Project and four years since his Divide album. So what are the details of his newest album?

Rumors suggest that the album name would be called Minus as per his previous album titles such as Plus, Multiply, and obviously, Divide. Sheeran has yet to release the official title, but it doesn't stop fans from guessing.

He might have confirmed the name of the album as he is now the new sponsor of the football shirt of Ipswich Town Football Club, and the text reads as "+ - = ÷ X TOUR," which people can read between the lines regarding that.
