Brazilian soccer superstar Neymar, who recently broke Pele's Brazil National Team goal record, is now a dad after his girlfriend, model Bruna Biancardi, finally gave birth, and it's a girl.

The couple confirmed the birth of their first child together on social media, writing a joint message on Instagram. "Our Mavie came to complete our lives," the couple wrote in Portuguese. "Welcome, daughter! You are already very loved by us... thank you for choosing us."

Neymar and Bruna Biancardi posed with their new baby, Mavie, on Instagram before kissing to celebrate her birth. She is now Biancardi's first child, but according to The Sun, Neymar fathered a son named Davi Lucca with his ex, Carolina Dantas. He is now 12 years old.

Neymar's new team, Saudi side Al-Hilal, were the first to offer their congratulations to the couple, with others also sending in more well wishes, including Brazilian Olympic 100m hurdler Maurren Maggi.

Bruna Biancardi described Baby Mavie as "My Life." She also posted images of her and Neymar kissing the newborn baby, as well as images of them bathing her for the first time.

The couple had been dating since 2021 but only came out as a couple in January of last year. The model then announced that she and Neymar were expecting their first child back in April. However, the pregnancy announcement happened before the cheating rumors first surfaced.

Neymar and Bruna Biancardi were actually caught in a massive scandal when the Brazilian soccer star sparked rumors that he was cheating on his model girlfriend. However, as the rumors continued to swirl after Biancardi announced her pregnancy, Neymar owned up to the cheating.

"I do this for both of you and your family," he said in a June 21 Instagram post after the cheating allegations surfaced. "Justify the unjustifiable. No need to. But I need you in OUR lives. I saw how much you were exposed, how much you suffered with all of this, and how much you wanted to be by my side. And I stand beside you."

According to E! News, Neymar admitted to his wrongdoing but did not specifically say that he was cheating, instead saying that the incident "hit one of the most special people in my life. The woman I dreamed of following beside me, mother of my child."

Bruna Biancardi Broke Her Silence After Neymar Was Filmed With 2 Girls at a Nightclub

The cheating allegations came after Neymar was filmed partying with unidentified females in a Spanish nightclub. While still heavily pregnant, Biancardi broke her silence about the issue last month, according to the Daily Mail.

On Instagram, the model wrote, "Good afternoon, I'm aware of what happened & once again I am disappointed but in the final stage of my pregnancy, my focus & worries are directed to my daughter & that is all I will think about at the moment. I thank you all for the messages of love.''

With her now giving birth, the two seem to be trying to work things out, as they seem genuinely happy as they celebrate their daughter's birth.
