Taylor Swift may have suffered a bit of an emotional breakdown at the InStyle 2015 Golden Globe Awards after-party.

The 25-year-old reportedly had to hit the bathroom a few times to collect herself and have her friend Cara Delevingne help lift her spirits, Celebuzz reported.

It is not clear why the "Shake it Off" singer was down at the party, but her ex-boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal, who was also at the party, may be to blame. A source said Gyllenhaal was on the dance floor around midnight, surrounded by beautiful women including Rita Ora and Malin Akerman. When Swift came to the dance floor at around 2 a.m., she reportedly did not look too happy.

Another source, however, told Us Weekly that the A-list stars were completely cordial when they saw each other at the Golden Globes after-party.

"Taylor and her friends arrived at the Chateau Marmont just before 2 a.m., and Jake was there in the lobby," the source said. "He was leaving as she was coming in. Taylor ran up and gave him a big hug and they caught up. They were smiling and looked like any old friends catching up."

Swift and Gyllenhaal dated for two months in 2011 and even went to Gyllenhaal's sister Maggie's home in Brooklyn for Thanksgiving that year. Right after the holidays, Gyllenhaal abruptly broke up with the "Blank Space" singer. The fling inspired several breakup songs by Swift, whose 2012 "Red" album was mostly about Gyllenhaal.

Swift hinted that Gyllenhaal has reached out to her about the album.

"He was like, 'I just listened to the album, and that was a really bittersweet experience for me. It was like going through a photo album ' That was nice,'" Swift told New York Magazine in November 2013.

Meanwhile, Selena Gomez, who usually seeks relationship advice from Swift, had a great time at the after-party, Us Weekly reports.
