In "Hart of Dixie," Zoe and Wade continue to work on their relationship.

"The Butterstick Tab," Episode 7 of Season 4, will see Wade struggling to break from his old habits.

"Zoe gets upset when she sees Wade flirt with a few ladies, so she forces him to change his ways," the official synopsis said, according to Spoilers Guide. "Needing some guidance, Wade turns to Lavon for help, but soon finds himself in even worse trouble. Lemon is blindsided by someone from her past and must make a tough decision on how to handle the situation. Meanwhile, George and AnnaBeth try to make their own new adventures together, but are finding it harder than they thought."

The episode will air on Feb. 27.

Lemon has been having a difficult time with her dating life lately. First, she had to choose between Lavon and George, and then, it seemed as though she could not move on from Lavon. Perhaps the person who is visiting from her past will also shake up her romantic life. 

The previous episode, "Alabama Boys," which airs on Feb. 20, showed Wade and Zoe are not ready for parenthood.

The two learn whether their baby will be a boy or a girl, but it seems to be too much pressure for the couple, who are probably finally realizing that they are really going to be parents.

Episode 6 will also have Lavon face his rival, the mayor of Fillmore.

"Begrudgingly, Lemon helps convince Lavon to talk to his nemesis, but he needs AnnaBeth's help to get him close to the Mayor," the official description said, according to Spoilers Guide. "Meanwhile, Brick gets a surprise from his past that shakes him to his core."

The Episode 6 promo shows that many are interested in the possible blossoming relationship between George and AnnaBeth.
