The Hollywood Foreign Press Association showed Latinos in TV and film some love Sunday night at the 72nd annual Golden Globe Awards. Latinos who scored big at the Globes included Mexican writer/director Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu, nabbing the Best Screenplay Award (along with Nicolas Giacobone, Alexander Dinelaris Jr., and Armando Bo) for "Birdman," and "Jane The Virgin" star Gina Rodriguez, who proudly and humbly won her first-ever Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a TV series, Musical or Comedy.
Colombian superstar Juanes is ending 2014 on a high note and it's looking like 2015 will kick off very nicely as well. Not only has the already two-time Grammy winner won his impressive twentieth Latin Grammy for "Loco De Amor," but the highly acclaimed album also received a Best Latin Pop Album Grammy Nomination for "Loco de Amor." He's also making his acting debut on "Jane the Virgin" tonight, Monday, Dec. 8 at 9 pm on The CW Network.
