Maluma sang "Carnaval" and the stage perfectly matched the theme of the song.
He wasn't the only star to stop by. Miss Universe Paulina Vega returned to the city where she was crowned. She joined the other beauty queens and wore a long blue dress. She gave the women some advice.
Backstage, Vega looked at the NBL crown and pretended to steal it. "One crown is not enough #NBLMissUniverse @paulinavegadiep also wants the #NBL crown," said the NBL Instagram account.

Catherine, Lisandra and Nathalia ended up in the bottom three. They were chosen by the judges because they broke the rules.
The women are not allowed to use cell phone, cameras or computers while living inside the NBL mansion, and judge Osmel Sousa was very upset that the women did not follow the rules. He explained that nothing like that had happened before.

Yazaira Lopez helped get the show back on track with her performance. She sang "Como Llorar" and also donned an evening gown.
The first challenge tested the women's ability to focus. They acted like reporters and tried to avoid being distracted from explosions, hurricanes and zombies.
The second challenge had six of the contestants participate in a photo shoot inspired by "Fifty Shades of Grey."
In the end, Natalia Casco, who is of Honduran descent, and Mexican Anayeli de Santiago were picked for the bottom two. Now, the audience gets to decide the fate of these two women.
