"The Following" came back to television for its third season Monday and is expected to really scare viewers in next week's episode, E! News reports.

Fox's hit serial killer thriller will feature one of its scariest episodes yet, next week, showing one of the most disturbing scenarios.

E! columnist Kristin Dos Santos said, "It just paints a picture for you in your mind, using sounds and the power of suggestion, and even though you don't actually see any violence, it's going to give you nightmares."

"It's as brilliant as much as it's terrifying. You've been warned!"

The first episode of this season premiere showed Ryan compensating for the loss of his twin by talking into mirrors as Luke, IGN reports. He even puts mirrors on the faces of mannequins to have dinner dates with them.

This season, Ryan, Mike and Max are paying for their actions committed in Season 2, In the first show, we see that Ryan cannot live a normal life because someone is also targeting him.

Episode 2 of Season 3 of "The Following" will feature intriguing and dramatic things as Ryan gets into a dangerous situation, according to on the Flix.

The next episode titled "Boxed In," will force Ryan to tell the absolute truth...if he wants to be rescued. Look forward to seeing Ryan as he faces the truth.

He believes he has found the connection between guest star Andrew and Mark although he and the FBI are still unsure of it. He also may find out how Joe Carroll might be connected.
