Businessman and "Shark Tank" star Robert Herjavec is rumored to be dating his "Dancing with the Stars" pro-dancer partner, Kym Johnson, Us Weekly reports.

An Us Weekly source claims to have spotted Johnson and Herjavec getting "intimate" at a "DWTS" viewing party on Monday at Los Angeles' Hyde Sunset Kitchen + Cocktails restaurant. 

According to the eyewitness, Herjavec and Johnson were holding hands and dancing intimately throughout the night. The eyewitness also claims that the dancing pair snuck in kisses.

"Kym and Robert were definitely attracted to each other from the get-go," says an Us Weekly source. "They are constantly all over each other. She can't stop talking about what a good, nice guy he is. They have insane chemistry and are actually a great match."

Herjavec is currently in the midst of divorcing his wife of 25 years, Diane Plese. Herjavec and Plese have three children together.

In a recent interview with People, Herjavec revealed that last year in July when he filed for divorce from his wife, he contemplated suicide. 

"I just wanted to end it," Herjavec revealed, adding, "It's been a terribly difficult year. We were great parents and a great team, but over time we drifted apart." 

Herjavec named his kids ignoring him after the split as the reason for his suicide contemplation. 

"Everyone has their kryptonite," Herjavec continued. "For me, it was my kids. It took me to a place I never thought I would go." 

But thankfully, Herjavec's pastor, John McAuley suggested that he volunteer at Seattle's Union Gospel mission which Herjavec claims saved his life. 

Herjavec explained that volunteering at the shelter helped put things in perspective for him and made him realize how others were suffering more than him. 

"These people saved my life," Herjavec said about the shelter residents. 

And now that he is in a better place, Herjavec decided to take on "DWTS" in honor of his mother, he revealed. 

"She loved the pageantry of it," he said about the show.
