While investigators are busy with an egg pelting incident that the singer is allegedly involved in, JB showed off another of his many tattoos.

The "Baby" singer posted a captionless photo of the inside of his right forearm on Instagram Saturday. JB's new ink is that of a clown aka the "Joker" - complete with its bell-tipped hat and its signature grin.

The tattoo is located below another tattoo and is almost dead-center on his forearm. Although the singer has not mentioned why he opted to get a jester tattoo, such inking has been known to connote humor and strike fear at the same time.

"Clown tattoo designs often seem to portray humor, and may also serve to poke fun at how serious everyone is... For some unknown reason, clowns actually strike fear into the hearts of many," says Steve Salvatori.

The Daily Mail notes that the Canadian singer's seemingly new tattoo is his 21st. Bieber has had his left forearm inked at 3/4th of a sleeve's length, notes Listomania. 

The jester tattoo is most likely a new one that JB has decided to get well over the past week. The tattoo has not been spotted in Daily Mail's photo of him in his most recent guesting at a Power 106 radio interview.

His Instagram post was filled with love and hate comments from fans, non-fans and some converts in light of the recent egg pelting incident in his Calabasas neighborhood with which he was allegedly involved in.

JB has reportedly thrown an estimated number of 20 eggs at a neighbor's house - damaging Venetian plasters, doors and other items. The owner of the house was said to have spotted the singer with the wrong-doing.

The house-owner has also caught bits of the incident in a video. Bieber can be heard shouting "F**k you! I got another one for you, actually!" when his neighbor asked him "what the hell [he was] doing."
