Former Disney star Shia LaBeouf has been the headline - or at least almost always near the headlines -- in various news and entertainment sites with his seemingly inevitable plagiarizing tendencies. However, the prized-actor has took to his Twitter account to officially announce his 'retirement' from his 'public life.'

Shia LaBeouf ‏@thecampaignbook said "In light of the recent attacks against my artistic integrity, I am retiring from all public life."

The 'Transformers' actor briefly followed his retirement announcement with another tweet:

Shia LaBeouf ‏@thecampaignbook "My love goes out to those who have supported me."

Shia has previously been reported to have plagiarized HowardCantour.com, a self-directed 2012 short movie.

"An Internet film critic is consumed by his own influence as he works on a review of a director he once admired," reads the movie's plot.

However, it has been reported that the movie was more like a rip-off of David Clowes' 2007 "Justin M. Damiano" film.

'Louis Stevens' did not stop plagiarizing at that though - having apologized through Twitter with copy-pasted apologies from all sorts of sources.

Later, Shia tweeted:

Shia LaBeouf ‏@thecampaignbook

I am sorry for all the plagiarized tweets, they all were unintelligent, ambiguous and needlessly hurtful.

Shia LaBeouf ‏@thecampaignbook

You have my apologies for offending you for thinking I was being serious instead of accurately realizing I was mocking you.

He then apologized to Clowes in a grand scale by hiring a skywriting company to deliver his message for all the world to see saying 'I am sorry Clowes.'

But Shia posted another equally plagiarized and controversial photo on his Twitter account January 8 entitled 'Daniel Boring' which is a complete knock off of Clowes' work.

The whole skywriting extravaganza was again repeated when the actor paid to write #stopcreating across the sky after his lawyer received a cease and desist letter from Michael Klump, Clowes' lawyer.

Retiring or not, fans and not-so-fans of the 'Transformers' star will still be seeing him in the upcoming movie Nymphomaniac to hit theaters April 18.
