Kim Kardashian took to Twitter to shoot down rumors she is having a boy and other false news that has been circulating.

"So many rumors...we are not having twins, yes I am carrying my own baby lol & we have not told anyone the sex of our baby yet!" the reality TV star tweeted.

"Nothing is confirmed unless you hear it from me!" she continued.

Multiple publications have said that Kardashian and rapper Kanye West were having a baby boy, including Us Weekly.

"Kanye loves Nori more than anything, but to make his world complete he wanted a little boy, an heir," a source told the magazine adding that the rapper was "overjoyed" with the news of having a male child.

The couple has been vocal about their struggle with becoming pregnant again since the beginning of the year, according to E! News.

Kardashian had to get an operation just so that she would be able to carry and deliver her own baby without fatality risks. The operation was featured on an episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."

'It's been more challenging to get pregnant the second time around," she told reporters at E!'s International press event for "KUWTK." "When you're not planning it, it happens. It's just how God works. And when you want it so bad, it's not happening."

The star said she wanted to feature her struggles with infertility so that she could help other people who are going through the same thing.

"KUWTK" is often used as a venue for people to learn to cope with their struggles. Just recently, the show featured a two-part series that targeted the struggles people may have in the transgender community when it comes to dealing with family.

Kanye and Kardashian have a 2-year-old daughter, North, who was born before their wedding.
