"Empire" star Terrence Howard is still battling his second wife in court, while he secretly divorced his third wife in July.

According to Entertainment Tonight, his second wife Mira Pak filed for a divorce in Chicago on March 5 citing irreconcilable differences. The divorce was finalized on July 27, just a month after Howard shared an Instagram picture of their newborn child together, Quirin Love.

"Meet Qirin Love!! A mythical 1/2 dragon 1/2 lion who glides above the land so as not to harm even a blade of grass..." he captioned the post.

Meanwhile, the "Hustle and Flow" actor is battling his second wife in court over allegations that he brutally attacked her.

Howard broke down in court, saying that his second wife, Michelle Ghent, is just sabotaging his reputation in order to get him to sign an unreasonable settlement of nearly $6,000 a month in spousal support, TMZ reports.

The ex-wife, who shares the star's youngest child, allegedly threatened to release a sex tape of Howard with another woman and to release medical records showing that he has an STD.

Ghent sued Howard for allegedly attacking her while they were on vacation in Costa Rica two years ago. The suit also mentions that he threatened her life more than once.

When he broke down in court over her allegations, he said that he is even more upset that their divorce has been made public as if it were a criminal trial.

"[It's] Sad that this has to be on a public forum. It's a family law, it should be family law, it should be protected," he said. "To have your personal life exposed between family and shared with the public, I think is a violation of our privacy, and of our constitutional rights. It needs to be reformed."

Hopefully he will settle all the drama before the next season of "Empire" starts in the fall. Speculation is that if Howard's second wife wins the suit, she will get most of the money that he makes from the show.
