Singer-actress Jennifer Lopez is very eager in unloading her California property.

The 46-year-old celebrity is selling her Hidden Hills home for a reduced price of $14.5 million, Variety reported. A previous article from Variety announced its original asking price of $17 million, which means that interested buyers would be rewarded with an almost 15 percent discount. Yet, J. Lo will still profit from its sale once a deal is closed as it was reportedly only bought for $8.2 million in 2010.

The real estate blog described the New York-born singer's residence, which she once shared with her ex-husband Marc Anthony, as a "sprawling mansion in the guard-gated equestrian community of Hidden Hills." The 17,129-square-foot dwelling place is resting on 3.13 acres of California land, noted the site, citing its listing details. The estate also showcases nine bedrooms as well as 11 full and two half bathrooms.

Other living spaces include a pair of four-car garage, a motor court, a formal living room, a grand dining room, a library, an office, a fully equipped kitchen with a center island, a large loggia, a comfortable family room with a full bar and wine cellar and a guest wing.

The next owners will find a liking to the luxury master suite that features a sitting area, a fireplace to make the ambiance cozy, a private balcony with valley and mountain views, a very large bathroom and a "35-foot long walk-in closet."
