Lady Gaga says she feels older than her age due to the pressure and stress put on her from being famous.

The "Just Dance" singer, who recently made her debut as The Countess on "American Horror Story: Hotel," says despite only being 29, she feels much older, according to news.com.au.

"I have been in the business since I was 15, and although I have been famous for only seven years and lived 29, I feel like I have lived 100 years," she said. "And I feel f*cking old."

While acting is a fairly new venture for the singer, she says she's been studying method acting for almost 10 years.

"Arguably, it's the most dangerous form of acting where you embrace becoming the character and you embrace calling upon memory sensory from your life," she said. "It's powerful and it takes you back implicitly to a place that you remember as a child. It's very strong."

While she taps into her emotional experiences for her role on the FX show, Mother Monster also tries to completely transform herself into the character each day before she heads to the set.

"I become The Countess in the car on my way to work. I put fishnet on my face and red lipstick on and I read my lines. I am always prepared before I come to the trailer," Gaga explained.

Gaga made her debut on "American Horror Story: Hotel," which was created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk, on Wednesday, Oct. 7. Additional cast members joining the show for this season include Kathy Bates, Matt Bomer, Sarah Paulson, Angela Bassett, Wes Bentley, Chloe Sevigny, Max Greenfield, Naomi Campbell, Evan Peters, Lily Rabe and Darren Criss.
