Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton Announce Relationship to 'The Voice' Audience
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton officially announced their new relationship to the live audience of "The Voice" on Monday.
The couple announced their romance during a taping of the reality singing competition show, according to the Daily Mail.
Stefani skipped out on the stage set and ran into Shelton's arms. After the couple embraced with a huge hug, Shelton lifted up his new gal and spun her around.
As they shared the news, the crowd, along with host Carson Daly, cheered loudly for the new pair, who also displayed some PDA before the show began taping.
A journalist from Brazilian entertainment site Hugo Gloss took video footage of the couple's declaration of their love on "The Voice" set. Along with the new couple, judge Adam Levine and his wife Behati Prinsloo were also seen showing each other some love during an advertisement break.
Stefani, 46, and Shelton, 39, first went public with their relationship last month. Both artists split from their spouses this past summer. Shelton ended his marriage with his wife of four years, Miranda Lambert, in July. Stefani and her husband of 13 years, Gavin Rossdale, called it quits in August.
Both former marriages were plagued by rumors of infidelity. Rossdale reportedly had an affair with the couple's nanny, which caused Stefani to walk. The Bush front man was seen still wearing his wedding ring while out in Los Angeles last week. He has yet to comment on the allegations brought against him.
Meanwhile, Stefani recently announced her latest collection for her Harajuku Lovers clothing line in conjunction with Petco.
"I have had so much fun working on the Harajuku Lovers pet accessories collection," Stefani said in a statement. "It's playful, modern, and super kawaii. I couldn't be happier with how well it turned out."
The clothes and accessories for dogs are now available online and in stores nationwide.
