Spring is in the air, and Grand Theft Auto Online will blossom with a bundle of new updates.

This week, Rockstar Games announced that three new updates will arrive this spring. First on the list is the Capture Creator update, which debuts this week.

"...the Creator community will be able to make their own original customized Capture Jobs and add to the over 3.5 million (and counting) player-created Deathmatches and Races currently available on Social Club," Rockstar Games said via ita Newswire page. "Strategically place pick-ups, define weaponry, set location, and tweak tons of other variables to make your own unique Capture Job for others to take on."

The best capture jobs will become Rockstar Verified.

In addition, Rockstar Games announced The High Life Update, which features new ways to live lavishly like new apartment decor and clothing, the Bullpup Rifle and new Jobs. The update will also add three new vehicles and the Dink Thrust motorcycle.

"The High Life Update ... also means you'll be able to own two distinct properties (with garages) simultaneously," Rockstar Games explained. "...plus the new Mental State player statistic, which is designed to let you see just how passive or psychotically unhinged fellow players in your session really are..."

Also, the long-awaited Heists update will see its debut. A specific release date beyond "this spring," however, was not clarified.

The game developer also announced some other minor updates to Grand Theft Auto Online. This includes "Non-Contact" Races, being able to call Lester to have him keep cops off gamers' back for a while and increased GTA$ rewards for less than four players playing Parachute, Races, Deathmatches and LTS Jobs.

Rockstar Games is also targeting cheaters once again.

"...we are closing RP exploits and will be adjusting the RP totals of players who we know for certain to have gained illegitimate RP by cheating," Rockstar Games said. "Your RP will only be adjusted if you participated in mods, hacks, DNS redirects, manipulation of cloud files, or other similarly nefarious behavior. If you grinded short legitimate missions or otherwise gained a small amount of RP without modding, your RP should not be affected by this correction."

"Holiday-themed" and Story Mode DLC updates are also slated to debut in 2014.
