Pirates of the Caribbean fans don't have to sulk on the fact that the filming of the fifth installment of the series has been delayed. New reports about the plot of the movie and a few spoilers have been revealed.

It was earlier reported that the filming and even the release of the movie has been delayed. Producer Jerry Bruckheimer has confirmed that while the outline for Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales is already completed, the script for the sequel

is still in the works. Given this, and the fact that Bruckheimer's last venture with Disney (The Lone Ranger) has been a flop, the filming for the Johnny Depp-starred film is taking its time.

However, a new report by International Business Times says that the film is already underway. As a matter of fact, the site has already released a few notes about the Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales' plot, and even revealed a few spoilers.

According to IB Times, the fifth part of the series will feature a number of witches. One of the witches was even said to cause some tension with Captain Jack Sparrow, an insider tells the site.

Following the title, one of the main characters in the Pirates of the Caribbean 5 will be a British ghost. The ghost will reportedly be on a "revenge mission" with Captain Barbosa.

Notably, insiders have also revealed to IB Times that several characters from previous installments of the series will not be making a return in the film. Will Turner and Elizabeth Swan will reportedly be missing in this part of the series. Sources revealed to the site that the two will be replaced by another couple to complete the plot of this film.

Penelope Cruz and her character Angelica will also be skipping Dead Men Tell No Tales.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales is expected to make its way to theatres by 2016.
