Khloé Kardashian Lost 11 Pounds by Cutting Dairy From Diet
Khloé Kardashian recently lost 11 pounds by completely cutting dairy from her diet.
The 31-year-old "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" reality TV star recently said ridding her diet of some of her favorite foods like pizza and ice cream helped her shed a large amount of weight in a month and a half, according to People.
"I'm obsessed with cheese and milk, but eliminating them from my diet (I did it gradually) made the biggest difference," Kardashian said in an interview with NewBeauty magazine. "In a month and a half, I lost 11 lbs. just from not eating dairy, without doing anything else different."
Along with her recent weight loss success, she also talked about some of her beauty insecurities.
"I have moles and freckles and they irritate me. They are an insecurity of mine, and I wish I could have clear, beautiful skin," Kardashian said. "I've had people say that I have breakouts on my back when it's really my moles. Those are things I don't know how to fix."
The reality TV star also said she would definitely be open to getting plastic surgery done. Thus far, she added she hasn't gotten any work done, but she said when she needs it, she won't hesitate to get it. For now, Kardashian added she's doing what she can to prevent wrinkles and aging the natural way.
Kardashian previously released her book "Strong Looks Better Naked," in which she talked about how she took control of her weight and lost 40 pounds overall. She mentioned how she would eat even though she wasn't necessarily hungry.
"I was a mindless eater. I ate for comfort. I also ate out of boredom and habit. I ate when I was unhappy (which I'm sure many of you can relate to)," she said. "I even ate chips because I love the crunchy sound they make. And I didn't give much thought to what I was eating, or what I was putting inside my body."
"Keeping Up With the Kardashians" airs on E! Sundays at 9 p.m ET.
