'Daredevil Season 3' Latest Spoilers: Matt Murdock becomes villain and other possible story arcs show might follow
Showrunners of "Daredevil Season 3" have been tight about any details coming out from the series that might spoil the storyline of the show. Considering that the action fantasy TV show has been based on Marvel's comic books, the execs, and creative teams need to cook surprises in order to keep the audiences on the hook.
Anticipating fans, however, cannot help but spin speculations about the possible story arc that "Daredevil Season 3" might follow. The most talked about is the show going for the storyline of "Shadowland" which will see the protagonist Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) turn into a dark character and be his own enemy, GamenGuide reported.
Although this major twist could be exciting, "Shadowland" does not impress much of the fans. This might be because the audiences have a different series of events that they are expecting to happen in "Daredevils Season 3" like the incorporation of Bullseye and the death of Karen Page.
Bullseye is known to be the most powerful and the evilest villain of the series, in which his mere existence could usher the development of Matt Murdock into an extremely powerful character. Fans might want to see this side of Matt rather than have him face his own existential dilemmas.
Speculations from MovieNewsGuide also suggested that "Daredevils Season 3" might incorporate "Born Again" among other story arcs such as "Out," and "Daredevil #25." The first title tells about the discovery of Wilson Fisk also known as Kingpin of the identity of Matt as Daredevil. As a result, the Kingpin will exhaust all of his resources to bring down the latter.
"Out" also exposes the civilian identity of Daredevil but to the wider scope of onlookers, in which the press even plagued the main character. As a result, his other superhero friends from "The Defenders" helped him out.
On the other hand, "Daredevil #25" is a slight break from the serious tone of the story which introduces a twin fake brother of Matt, Mike Murdock, whom he uses to trick Foggy and Karen. Fans think it will be fun to see some goofy side of the show.
"Daredevils Season 3" will arrive on Netflix in 2018. What arc are you most excited to see on TV? Stay tuned for more exciting updates!
