Kim Kardashian Stalker Slapped With Restraining Order After Calling Her His 'Wife,' Sending Her Disturbing Gifts
Kim Kardashian has got the restraining order she needs to protect herself from a stalker who has allegedly made repeated visits to her home, called her his "wife," and even sent her disturbing gifts.
According to the documents obtained by TMZ, the reality star has been granted a temporary restraining order against Jomonie Victor Zigler, who first made contact with her in December.
Jomonie allegedly made multiple visits to her home, only to be stopped each time by security. The stalker also posted explicit messages about the SKIMS founder online and even referred to her as his wife.
Kim's lawyer, Shawn Holley, said his client claimed Jomonie also sent her a diamond ring and hotel room keys to her home, among other things.
Kim also claimed that the 28-year-old stalker has a criminal history that includes threats and firearms.
The reality star added that Jomonie's actions had caused emotional distress to her. Thus, a judge signed the temporary restraining order.
The order will reportedly last until next month when Jimoni is scheduled to appear in a hearing. It was not the first time Kim had issues with an alleged stalker.

Kim Kardashian Also Had a Stalker Claiming He Can Talk With Her Telepathically
Last December, Kim Kardashian
was awarded a restraining order against a stalker who has also been making repeated visits to her home and claimed to be armed.
The order prohibited Andre Persaud from contacting the SKIMS founder and must stay at least 100 yards away from her for the next five years.
According to legal documents acquired by TMZ, the alleged stalker showed up at Kim's home at least three times back in August.
The reality star noted that she had never met Andre and was worried that things must escalate to physical violence as the stalker allegedly claimed to be armed.
Andre also posted about Kim on social media. In one instance, the reality star noted that Andre "claimed that I had been communicating with him telepathically."
The alleged stalker is also prohibited from owning or possessing a gun as part of the court's order and must surrender to police any firearms he already has.
Another Kim Kardashian Stalker Hit With Permanent Restraining Order
In June 2021, Kim Kardashian was granted a permanent restraining order against another stalker named Charles Peter Zelenoff.
According to TMZ, Kim alleged that Charles wanted to get inside her place and make himself at home comfortably. Kim's legal team asked for a five-year restraining order, but they were only granted three.
The court found that while Charles was not directly threatening Kim, there was merit to her claim that she was being stalked.
The order only extended the TRO from May 2021, requiring Charles to keep his distance from Kim and her family and refrain from contacting and harassing her for the agreed period.
Kim claimed in her original complaint that Charles had been "stalking" her for months, purportedly making stops outside her home and filming it, and expressing weird wishes to pursue a relationship with her.
Kim Kardashian claimed that the alleged stalker had written threatening statements about her online, such as his frustration over being unable to enter her place, prompting her to seek legal advice.
