'Empire' Season 2 Spoilers: Premieres Wednesday, Live Stream Episode for Free Online
"Empire" Season 2 premieres Wednesday night on Fox and fans can watch the first show for free online.
Fans have been anticipating the premiere after Season 1 made record numbers in prime time television. They can visit TV Stream HD and 4K Movies to watch a free online live stream of the first episode titled "The Devils Are Here."
The show will pick up with Lucious Lyon (Terrence Howard) in prison after being arrested for killing his ex-wife's cousin. Yet, the key witness is dead so we're guessing that he will get out soon.
While he is in prison working on new music and trying to get back to Empire Entertainment, his ex-wife Cookie (Taraji P. Henson), ex-fiancée Anika (Grace Gealey) and two sons Hakeem (Bryshere Y. Gray) and Andre (Trai Byers) are forming a coup to take over the Empire.
Meanwhile, Lucious' other son Jamal (Jussie Smollett) is the new head of Empire and is working on his career and possibly getting the family back together. Will they ever come back together and run the entertainment company effectively?
Fox gave a sneak preview ahead of Season 2 with showrunner Lee Daniels and leading stars in the drama series and posted the video to YouTube.
"I don't want people to like the show because it's trending," Howard said. "I want people to like the show because it's resonating with something in themselves -- which we're doing now."
"Empire" is known for startling the public with its direct acknowledgement of issues in the black community. Showrunners unapologetically continue to dramatize issues like bipolar disorder, broken families, crime and more.
Fans have a lot to look forward in the next season with new drama and guest star appearances like Chris Rock, Alicia Keys, Kelly Rowland and Lenny Kravitz.
"Empire" premieres Wednesday night at 9 p.m. on Fox. Tune in.
