Holly Madison has just announced she's signed her second book deal.

The 35-year-old former "Girls Next Door" star is in the process of writing "If I Only Had a Date," her rep tells Us Weekly.

This new book will be the followup to her first, "Down the Rabbit Hole: Curious Adventures and Cautionary Tales of a Former Playboy Bunny," which was released in June. The book delved into her relationship with former boyfriend Hugh Hefner and her experiences while living at the Playboy mansion.

"I don't know what people think goes on in the bedroom, but it was always very much the same, and intimidating, and not something that I liked," Madison told Us Weekly. "It was a miserable part of my life."

Madison made some alarming allegations against the 89-year-old Playboy mogul, all of which he later publicly denied, labeling her claims as being her "attempt to stay in the spotlight."

The former Playboy bunny defended her decision to write the book, which was almost turned into a TV movie, while on a nationwide book tour.

"I wrote the book not because I had an ax to grind or because I wanted a reaction from him [Hugh]," she said during an appearance on "The Wendy Williams Show."

"I just wanted to tell my story and hopefully inspire other women if they're in a bad relationship or a bad situation, to move on and not feel branded by a choice they made or a person they're known to be with."

The titillating tell-all book was met with success and even spent over two months on The New York Times bestseller list.

Her new volume will be about focus on the subject of relationships. The book, being published by Dey Street Books, is scheduled for release in the summer of 2016.

"I want to get into my experiences dating after the mansion and things like that," she said. "I love writing."

Madison married Pasquale Rotella, CEO and founder of Insomniac Events, at Disneyland in September 2011. Together they have a 2-year-old daughter named Rainbow.
