Lindsay Lohan Announces Possible 2020 Presidential Bid
Lindsay Lohan has made it known she would possibly like to run for president in the 2020 election.
The 29-year-old "Mean Girls" actress shared her aspirations to become the next commander-in-chief on Instagram on Friday, Oct. 16, according to Access Hollywood.
"In #2020 I may run for president," she wrote on Instagram, while also including a picture of herself at the White House Correspondents' Dinner in 2012.
She will join rapper Kanye West, who also recently announced his interest in the 2020 presidential election while accepting the Michael Jackson Vanguard Award at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards.
"Through ups and downs #YESWECAN lets do this @kanyewest," she added, also tagging President Obama. "Thank your [sic] for inspiring us to be better people."

Even though Lohan is enthusiastic about the run for office, she has forgotten that she will only be 34, which is one year below the minimum age requirement to qualify for the 2020 election ballot.
Lohan also posted a throwback photo of her and Kanye along with her future plans she would implement if she were elected to office.
"The first thing I would like to do as president of [the United States] is take care of all of the children suffering in the world," she wrote on Instagram. "#queenELIZABETH showed me how by having me in her country."

Lohan last appeared in the short film “Till Human Voices Wake Us,” which was released on July 25. The film, directed and written by Indrani, also stars Casie Chegwidden, Adam Lindo, Alissa Bourne and Jordan Weller.
Other than the recent short film she has guest starred in the TV series “2 Broke Girls” playing the role of Claire Guinness in 2014 and “Eastbound & Down” taking on the character Shayna Powers in 2013.
