The return of Shane McMahon on this week's episode of Monday Night RAW is the needed boost by the WWE entering WrestleMania 32. He will be facing The Undertaker in a Hell in a Cell match with control for RAW and the company on the line.
WrestleMania 32 is still more than a month away but three matches have already been made official. One match became clear in last Sunday's Fastlane pay-per-view and two more in this week's episode of Monday Night RAW.
Shane McMahon made his first WWE appearance since 2009 when he returned on the Feb. 22 edition of Monday Night RAW. He confronted his father Vince as he was awarding the "Vincent J. McMahon Legacy of Excellence" to her sister Stephanie.
The Rock made his return to WWE on last week's episode of Monday Night RAW in his hometown of Miami, Florida. According to the WWE.com recap, "The Great One" interacted with The New Day and The Usos, but he went off script before the segment during one of his promos involving fans dressed up as The Undertaker, Hulk Hogan, "Macho Man" Randy Savage and The Rock.
The main event of this week's episode of Monday Night Raw featured the contract signing for the Divas Championship match at Survivor Series between Charlotte and Paige. It is a way to promote the title match, but it turned ugly, which got people talking about the involvement of Reid Flair, Charlotte's younger brother.
This week's WWE Monday Night Raw was held at Manchester, England and the 16-man tournament to crown the new WWE World Heavyweight champion started. Sheamus went up against Cesaro with Manchester United star forward Wayne Rooney in the stands getting involved by slapping King Barrett, who was accompanying "The Celtic Warrior."

With the ratings for Monday Night Raw affected by fall shows and football, WWE chairman Vince McMahon and Paul "Triple H" Levesque are expected to make a big storyline to boost ratings. Two possible scenarios include a face turn or a return of a very popular WWE Superstar.
WWE U.S. champion John Cena is about to take some time off after the Hell in a Cell event at the end of October. There are reports that Dean Ambrose will be the man to replace him in the main event scene.
The Undertaker takes out Brock Lesnar at his hometown of Minnesota. John Cena and Seth Rollins sign the contract for their Winner Takes All match at SummerSlam.
The unofficial season premiere of "Monday Night Raw" starts tonight following a star-studded and memorable “WrestleMania 31” from Levis Stadium with a capacity crowd of 76,976 fans from all 50 states and 40 countries. Many of those fans will be present tonight for perhaps one of the best shows of the year: "The Raw After WrestleMania" show.
